How do I start bidding on jobs?

Sign up and choose "Worker" as your role, complete your profile with your skills and location, then browse open jobs and submit a bid with your price.

How do I get paid?

The customer pays you directly once the job is done and you're both happy with it — the same as being hired in person. Vedak doesn't hold or process that payment.

What happens if I'm not selected?

The credits used for that bid aren't refunded, since they cover the cost of reaching the customer. This keeps bids serious and reduces spam for everyone.

Can I cancel a job after posting it?

Discuss it directly with the worker first — most issues are simple misunderstandings about scope. If it involves fraud, unsafe behavior, or anything that breaks our Terms & Conditions, report it from the job page and our team will review it.

Is my phone number visible to everyone?

No. Your phone and WhatsApp number are only shared with the other party after a worker is hired for a specific job — never shown on public profiles or listings.

How do I report a job or a worker?

Open the job or worker's profile page and tap "Report". Our team reviews every report and can remove listings or suspend accounts that break our rules.

What's not allowed on Vedak?

I can't remember a password — what do I do?

There's nothing to remember. Vedak doesn't use passwords — just enter your email on the Log In page and we'll send you a one-time link to sign in, or use your Google account.

Can I switch between being a customer and a worker?

Yes — go to your Profile page to switch roles at any time.

How do I delete my account?
